Every time I am in Switzerland, I make sure meet with Lyntus every single day. He is a one stop shop for personal training, massage therapy and extraordinary stretching. Lyntus takes time to learn about you and your specific needs. He is very knowledgeable and his workouts are tailored to each client. He knows how to motivate you and push you, even when you feel like giving up. The best part about Lyntus is that after a long workout you get to relax while he stretches and massages the exact muscles that need tending it. You always feel refreshed and rejuvenated after he is done with you. I have worked with many trainers in my life and Lyntus is one of the best. He is an incredible trainer and a wonderful masseur, every time I am in Switzerland I try to convince him to move to New York so I can work with him year round. I would highly recommend Lyntus to anyone looking for a trainer, he will challenge you, motivate you, and get you in the best shape of your life.
